Left-Hand Pound Dribble
A foundation dribble that builds hand strength, touch and a steady rhythm — the base every other move is built on.
How to do it
Stay low and dribble firmly beside your left leg. Spread your fingers and use your wrist to control each bounce near knee height. Keep your right hand free and maintain an even rhythm.
