Left-Hand Low Fingertip Dribble
A foundation dribble that builds hand strength, touch and a steady rhythm — the base every other move is built on.
How to do it
Bend your knees and keep the ball low beside your left foot. Tap quickly with your fingertips, keeping your wrist relaxed. Limit big arm swings and aim for small, consistent bounces.
