You can delete your DribbleLift account and all associated data at any time — either directly in the app or by contacting us.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open DribbleLift and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account & privacy.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have the app installed, email support@dribblelift.com from the address linked to your account (or tell us which Apple / Google account you signed in with). We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days, and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in details
- Your profile and questionnaire answers (goal, level, hand, position, height, weight, age, gender)
- All assessment snapshots and retest videos
- Scores, reports, training history, XP, levels and streaks
- Notification tokens and preferences
What may be kept
- Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our subscription provider (RevenueCat), as required for tax and accounting purposes.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics that cannot identify you.
- Encrypted backups, which are overwritten within a limited period.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings to avoid further charges. See Support for step-by-step instructions.
