These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DribbleLift app and website (the “Service”), provided by DribbleLift (“DribbleLift”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use DribbleLift. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you confirm that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Health and safety
DribbleLift provides general basketball training content. It is not medical advice. Physical activity carries a risk of injury. Warm up, train in a safe space with enough room and a non-slip surface, keep your phone and surroundings clear of hazards, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. Consult a doctor before starting any training program if you have health concerns. You train at your own risk.
4. Assessments and scores
Scores, takeaways and reports are generated automatically, partly using AI. They are estimates intended to guide practice. They may be inaccurate and are not an official evaluation of your ability. Improvement depends on your own effort and is not guaranteed.
5. Subscriptions (DribbleLift Pro)
- Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Current prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you will be charged for the plan you selected.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your DribbleLift account does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of the snapshots, clips and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content only to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not record or submit content of other people without their permission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service. For example, do not reverse engineer it, interfere with its operation, access other users’ data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
8. Our content
The app, drills, videos, audio, characters, logos and other materials are owned by DribbleLift or its licensors and are protected by law. You may use them only for personal, non-commercial training through the Service.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DribbleLift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any injury arising from your training, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will notify you in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DribbleLift is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
14. Apple-specific terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and DribbleLift, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with the right to enforce them against you.
