Right-Hand Pound Dribble
A foundation dribble that builds hand strength, touch and a steady rhythm — the base every other move is built on.
How to do it
Bend your knees and dribble firmly beside your right leg. Spread your fingers and guide each bounce with your fingertips and wrist. Keep the ball near knee height and gradually bring your eyes up.
Coach cues
- Pound it hard! Knee height!
- Fingertips, not your palm!
- Eyes up! Trust your hand!
