Low Oscillating Crossover
A ball-control move that teaches you to change direction and switch hands without losing the rhythm.
How to do it
Set a wide stance and bend your knees. Cross the ball low in front, pushing from its upper side and preparing the other hand early. Keep the rhythm steady before building speed.
Coach cues
- Wide stance, stay low!
- Push from the top of the ball!
- Steady rhythm, then speed!
