Left-Hand Windshield Wiper Dribble
A foundation dribble that builds hand strength, touch and a steady rhythm — the base every other move is built on.
How to do it
Lower your stance and move the ball side to side with only your left hand. Redirect each bounce from the upper sides to create a low V pattern. Keep your right hand free.
Coach cues
- Left hand only, make the V!
- Control every bounce!
- Low V, keep it tight!
